Karin Silverstein is a uniquely experienced television producer and executive with stellar credits in network and cable television. With a background in Talent and Development, starting and re-starting cable networks, Executive Producing shows, as both an in-house development executive and consultant, and casting director, she has proven expertise in both buying and selling reality TV.

Silverstein was part of the original team that started E! Entertainment Television as head of their Talent and Development team. She was also part of the re-start team at VH1, their VH1 Honors and VH1 Fashion Awards, and the start-up of OWN Network for over 3 years in the same capacity of Head of Talent and Development. Silverstein consulted on the TV Guide network, and created FOX Reality Network. She was also part of the Startup of Reelz channel.

Silverstein was EP of the Paramount Howie Mandel show, Co-EP of the Howard Stern talk show on E!, Supervising Producer of Late Show with David Letterman and Producer of Beverly's Full House , OPRAH's ALL STARS, The Next Network Star with Mark Burnett, LOVETOWN and other shows on OWN.

She has also done casting for numerous companies including Ryan Seacrest Productions, OWN, Relativity Real (now Critical Content), Leftfield, GRB, Endemol (Extreme Makeover Home Edition) VH1, E!, DirecTV, and more.

Silverstein has also done branding for MIchele K of Skechers, broadening her scope into lifestyle brand and own show on HG  and numerous Talent/experts including wedding expert David Tutera, travel expert Tara Hitchcock, Beverly Johnson, fashion icon and working on a tv show with Medium Allison Dubois who the show Medium was based on.

She has had an ongoing and close collaboration with a wide range of prominent names in the industry including David Tutera, David Letterman, Howie Mandel, Howard Stern, Lisa Ling, Beverly Johnson, dating expert Paul Carrick Brunson, fashion expert Adam Glassman,  Tony Robbins, , to name just a few. She has also worked with “hosts” such as Debbie Matenopolous (Home and Family), Tanya McQueen of Extreme Makeover, John Fugelsang (Sirius Radio),  Wes Moore of PBS, Daphne Brogdon (Food Network), and numerous others

She is Co President of Sirenia Media, llc , a branding company, but also is President of KSTALENT&MEDIA, an all service company in creating Content, Casting,   new network start-ups and overall media Consulting.



For more than 20 years, Gerette Allegra has been successfully creating and producing a wide variety of award winning television programs that focus on pop culture, lifestyle, fashion, food, and all things fun and family related.

Allegra has garnered recognition and respect for her creativity and achievements in the brand and development of shows that identify, connect and engage audiences, leaving lasting a mark in the hearts of viewers across all demos.  She is well-known for her amazing wit and storytelling skills which she has applied to virtually every program genre in daytime TV. Her far-reaching career has afforded her the opportunity to develop extensive relationships with every facet of production from agents to studio execs, show runners and talent (many of whom were unknowns whom she discovered and molded to fame).

Her career repertoire encompasses numerous production and executive leadership roles at major entertainment companies, including developing and producing network, cable, syndicated, and reality programming. This includes 11 years at Sony Pictures Television (SPT), where she was responsible for all New-York based development and production, staffing, creative direction, budgeting and production of all New York shows.
